This is the CD cover for my favourite band ‘Cradle of Filth’ the album is called Thornography – Harder, Darker, Faster. The guitarist Paul Allender was the creature of the CD cover. It was released in February 4th of 2008. Paul does a lot of the CD covers and art for the band.

Cao Pi

Cao Pi was the second son of the Wei lord Cao Cao and was the most successful of his siblings. He became Cao Cao’s successor, due to the fact that his elder brother (Cao Ang) died saving his father by giving him his horse to retreat while he stayed and thought alongside Dian Wei at the battle of Wan Castle. Cao Pi was the one who united the land of china. While basking in his power he took it upon himself to kill his siblings either by poisoning them or by manipulating there mind to the point that they took their own life.

Zhang He

Zhang He is a character created by the game company koei. Hes from the game series Dynasty Warriors he is based around the historical character Zhang He. He was a dangerous military general under the powerful warlord Cao Cao during the late Eastern Han Dynasty and Three Kingdoms era of China. He is portrayed as a homosexual even though there aren’t many sources to prove that he was, but he is said to have been greatly infatuated with the officer Xiahou Yaun. When Xiahou Yaun died in combat he became incredibly depressed and from then on Swore that he would fight even harder and become even more feared on the battle field. He was one of the Fiver Great Gernals of Wei.
